All brands "should" be cut to the same specifications set by industry standards (width/length for same shirt).

All shirts have a built in shrinkage factor of 2-3%. When washed according to simple instructions (and common sense) the shirt will not shrink to be less than the size on the tag. All 100% cotton shirts are made from preshrunk cotton.

Yes - I don't personally do it, but people who work for me do. Because of OSHA regulations, space requirements, etc. my screenprinting operation is not at the retail store, but at a warehouse a few miles away.
